Recently, to drive forward the development of test and inspection standards for new energy vehicles, the "Calibration Specification for In-Use Electric Vehicle Safety Performance Inspection System," which was drafted under the leadership of Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Metrology and Testing, has reached a pivotal stage - the on-site calibration trials. On November 7, a group of experts from Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Metrology and Testing and Zhejiang Academy of Quality Science paid a visit to Shenliu Test Center for electric vehicle safety inspection. The test center, situated in Shenzhen, is operated by Anche. During their visit, the experts carried out on-site calibration. Anche's technical team was actively involved throughout the entire process, offering strong support through close collaboration. Their efforts ensured the seamless advancement of the calibration.
This calibration test primarily centered on key testing devices, including the 4WD dynamometer and the electrical and charging safety tester designed for new energy passenger vehicles. Leveraging professional metrological calibration devices, the expert team carried out exhaustive and stringent testing and calibration of the equipment's performance metrics. The entire process was executed seamlessly, ultimately accomplishing the predetermined objectives with success.
The implementation of this on-site calibration test has garnered invaluable hands-on experience, paving the way for the further refinement and ultimate issuance of the standard. Anche is privileged to have made our contributions throughout this process. Moving forward, we remain committed to closely monitoring and actively facilitating the establishment and enforcement of test standards for EVs, working in tandem to uphold the safe and standardized growth of the industry.
