To further assist customers in efficiently utilizing Anche's inspection equipment, enhance the standardization of vehicle inspection processes and improve customer experience, Anche hosted its 2025 annual customer training on August 9 at its Shandong production base. Over 100 customers from various provinces, along with Anche's technical experts, R&D specialists and customer service representatives, convened for in-depth exchanges and learning sessions.
Solidifying the foundation
Based on customers' actual operational needs, the training program prioritized two core objectives: enhancing vehicle inspection standardization and strengthening equipment operation capabilities. The morning session featured a structured curriculum of four specialized courses. Through detailed interpretation of regulatory requirements, Anche’s experts conducted systematic analysis of risk points and control measures encountered in daily practices. This approach was designed to empower customers with standardized operational protocols, ensuring consistently accurate and reliable test results while mitigating process risks.
Expanding the horizon
In the afternoon session, Anche’s R&D team unveiled a suite of cutting-edge solutions and intelligent inspection systems tailored for electric vehicles. As EV test emerges as an industry focal point, Anche’s R&D team delivered an in-depth presentation on the cutting-edge EV test solutions. Through live demonstrations in a simulated test environment, participants observed real-time data acquisition from EVs and battery packs under extreme operating conditions. This hands-on approach enabled customers to evaluate the equipment’s measurement accuracy and automated fault diagnosis features firsthand.
Visiting the site
During the training program, participants conducted an immersive tour of Anche’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, gaining firsthand insights into the company’s robotic assembly lines, AI-driven quality inspection systems and ISO-certified quality management framework. The visit highlighted precision machining techniques, lean manufacturing protocols and real-time defect detection algorithms that ensure product consistency.
