Recently, Anche's AI Audit System for all types of motor vehicle inspections has entered pilot operation with the Traffic Management Department of the Erdos Public Security Bureau in Inner Mongolia, marking the successful launch of China's first "AI Audit System for the PTI of Commercial Vehicles". This has driven a paradigm shift in the PTI of commercial vehicles of the Erdos Traffic Management Department, transitioning from "manual audit" to “AI-assisted audit” and providing technological momentum to its efforts to establish itself as a new national benchmark for intelligent vehicle inspections.

In recent years, the number of motor vehicles has risen steadily, driving a parallel increase in inspection volumes. This surge has imposed growing pressure on administrative departments, with traditional manual audit methods revealing critical inefficiencies, including prolonged processing times, elevated operational costs and extended waiting periods for vehicle owners. Understanding these management demands and technical challenges in PTI, Anche has leveraged its extensive industry expertise alongside cutting-edge technologies - cloud computing, big data and AI - to develop a comprehensive AI-powered audit system applicable to all vehicle categories, including commercial vehicles. The system demonstrates notable strengths in high automation, stable performance and precise audit capabilities, significantly improving the overall efficiency of PTI services.
AI-powered audit efficiency achieves significant boost
Anche's AI audit system for the PTI of commercial vehicles employs intelligent audit server hardware, computer vision, OCR recognition and AI technologies to automatically identify vehicle inspection photos and data images. It conducts automated comparisons with vehicle database information and achieves seamless integration with the comprehensive public security traffic management service platform.
Based on real-world operational data, the system enables millisecond-level intelligent analysis and decision-making across over 30 parameters, including vehicle lighting, braking performance and chassis structure. It has slashed commercial vehicle audit from 8 min to just 2 min, cutting manual audit workload by 70%. This dual impact not only reduces auditor's burden but also elevates audit quality and efficiency, shortens waiting times and boosts public satisfaction.
