Gas Analyzer

MQW-511 Gas Analyzer is a device engineered for comprehensive exhaust gas analysis in gasoline vehicles. This advanced system quantifies concentrations of critical pollutants including hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂), oxygen (O₂) and nitrogen oxides (NO) with the principle of non-dispersive infrared absorption method.

Product Description

1. Measure CO, HC and CO2 in motor vehicle exhaust using non dispersive infrared spectroscopy method, and measure O2 and NO using electrochemical principles. Calculate the excess air coefficient λ based on the measured values of CO, CO2, HC and O2;

2. This device is small in size, easy to operate, accurate in measurement and reliable in operation, making it suitable for OEMs, workshops and other industries.

☞ Equipped with automatic zero calibration function and high degree of automation;

☞ Visual design of interface, menu based operation and more convenient to use;

☞ Multi-level filtering system design can avoid contamination of sensors caused by long-term use;

☞ Communication with PC through RS-232;

☞ Exhaust emission detection during idle and two-speed idle processes on a standalone mode;

☞ Optional external or internal micro printer with direct printing function;

☞ Meets the accuracy requirements of international standard, e.g. ISO 3930 or Level I in OIML R99 .
