Srpski језик Anche has launched its 3‑ton Speedometer Tester, a roller‑type testing device designed to measure the indication error of motor vehicle speedometers. The equipment allows vehicles to drive onto the test bench and undergo speedometer performance evaluation at travel speeds from 0 to 120 km/h, providing clear pass/fail criteria for inspection facilities and maintenance workshops.
The tester is engineered in strict accordance with GB/T 13563‑2007 *Roller Automobile Speedometer Tester* and JJG 909‑2009 *Verification Regulation of Roller Type Speedometer Tester*. It is part of the motor vehicle safety test and comprehensive performance test equipment family, ensuring that measurement results are traceable and consistent with regulatory requirements.
The test bench features a welded structure combining integral square steel tubes and carbon steel plates, resulting in a precise, high‑strength frame that resists deformation under rolling loads. The roller surface is treated with a specialised process that provides long‑term wear resistance while causing no abrasion to vehicle tyres – a critical consideration for repeated testing of different vehicles.
High‑precision speed sensors are used for speed signal acquisition. The signal output is equipped with aviation‑style plugs, ensuring stable and reliable transmission, high measurement accuracy, and simplified installation. The lifting mechanism employs air springs, which offer fast and dependable lifting action with low maintenance requirements, reducing downtime during test cycles.
